re/DESIGN is a design firm in Chicago, Illinois. Our goal is to partner with individuals, families and institutions to help achieve their aspirations via our design expertise. We offer a full range of building and interior design services as well as select design-build furniture, casework and residences. With over 40 years collective experience between its principals, the firm has a broad range of experiences that lead us to value adaptability, as opposed to any specific style, as a core design philosophy.

Kris LaCerda received her Masters degree in Architecture from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign, and studied Interior Design at the Savannah College of Art and Design.  Kris' professional career began in 1999 and has focused on exceptional residences with an emphasis on interiors. Prior to re/DESIGN, Kris was an Associate Principal/ lead of Architectural Interiors at Morgante Wilson Architecture in Evanston, IL.

Ken LaCerda received his Masters degree in Architecture from the University of Illinois-Chicago. Ken's professional career began in 1999 and has covered a broad range of  architecture industry sectors, including single family residential, institutional, commercial and hi-rise architecture, with a focus on technical architecture. Ken also designs and fabricates furniture and casework. Prior to  re/DESIGN, Ken was an Associate at Goettsch Partners in Chicago, IL.
